Job Description

  • Supporting the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, reviewing CVs, shortlisting & interviewing candidates.
  • Organizing new employee onboarding and orientation process, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary information and resources
  • Maintaining HR records and databases, including employee files, attendance records and HR software updates.
  • Assisting in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and feedback sessions
  • Assessing Training needs and conducting training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Liaisingwith Government Offices  ( Labor Offices, SSB offices ..etc) and handling of Employment Contract ( EC ) & Social Security Board ( SSB ) Process
  • Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
  • Assisting HR Manager in Monthly Payroll processand preparing pay slips
  • Reviewing current HR technology to recommend more effective software and supporting in existing or new HR Software implementation & development
  • Handling day to day operations of the HR functions and preparing & submitting monthly reports on general HR activity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR fields
  • Working experience with HR Software (eg: Global TA, Better HR ..,)
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment laws
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Attention to details and high level of accuracy in employee records and HR documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS office suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) and HR software applications
